Tahini-Lemon Dressing

1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup of tahini
1 clove of garlic, minced (I use my garlic press, super easy!)
Salt, as needed
water to thin

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the water, and whisk together. Then slowing add in water, maybe a teaspoon at a time, until you get your desired consistency. It will make enough for a few salads...so double or triple recipe for your needs!!
